We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the tram line in a nice area with shops nearby. The hotel facilities are excellent, with spacious and modern rooms that have a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, giving us great tips on what to do and providing free tickets for public transportation. We also found a free parking spot on the hotel grounds, which was a great convenience. The cleanliness of the room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable.

The rooms at this hotel were very comfortable and clean, with nice amenities such as a small refrigerator. the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a relaxing stay. the hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation making it easy to explore the city. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.

Although the staff was helpful in allowing me to switch rooms, the buzzing persisted and was quite bothersome.

During our recent stay at Hotel & Restaurant Sternen Muri, we were delighted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's modern Swiss design and clean, comfortable rooms made for a relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of the tramline right outside the front door, which quickly connected us to downtown Bern.

Although the Wi-Fi was slow and the parking spaces limited, these minor inconveniences did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of the city, making it a peaceful and quiet retreat from the bustling city center where it's much noisier. The tram stop right next to the hotel allows for easy access to the city center and the Expo. The rooms are large, spotlessly clean, and have a quaint atmosphere of a Swiss chalet. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating, offering helpful tips on what to do and even providing free tickets for public transportation. The breakfast offers a variety of options to start your day.

There was an intermittent buzzing sound in the hallway and rooms, which can be a bit annoying and disturbing.
